The unit supports a broad output voltage of 150-1000V and can charge two vehicles at once via dual CCS2 connectors. To achieve its ultra-fast speeds, the DH480 utilizes an advanced liquid-cooled cable that can handle a current of 500A, with a maximum capacity of 650A. The Autel MaxiCharger DH480 is an all-in-one DC fast charging unit designed to deliver an exceptional charging experience through superior performance. It offers a highly configurable output power of 320kW, 400kW, or up to 480kW, ensuring it can meet the demands of high-traffic charging locations. This power is delivered across a wide DC output voltage range of 150-1000V , providing compatibility with a full range of electric vehicles. The unit is equipped with two CCS2 outputs , allowing for the simultaneous charging of two vehicles with a high peak efficiency of 96%.
This “Fastest Charging” capability, which can add up to 1 km of range per second, is enabled by advanced technology. The DH480 utilizes a liquid-cooled cable system capable of delivering a continuous 500A current with a peak of 650A , significantly higher than the 380A provided by its uncooled counterpart. The unit draws power from the grid cleanly and efficiently, with a power factor of ≥0.99 and harmonic distortion (THDI) of less than 5%. For user convenience and to protect the high-power cables, a cable management system comes as a standard feature.

Dynamic Power Sharing
Autel MaxiCloud Digital Load Balancing.
Autel’s Dynamic Load Balancing (DLB) ensures chargers can dynamically share power according to demand. If two vehicles are using the same charger, power output is cut in half for each vehicle, ensuring safe power management for the network. If more than two vehicles are charging, power is shared further among the chargers in use.
