Ultra-High Power 480 kW Fast Charging

The DS480 delivers up to 480 kW of DC output power, enabling ultra-fast charging for modern EVs. With support for up to eight simultaneous outputs and peak efficiency of 96%, it maximizes site throughput while minimizing energy loss for operators.

Flexible Multi-Dispenser Architecture

A single DS480 cabinet can power a wide range of dispenser configurations — including liquid-cooled DT800 and air-cooled DT500 dispensers, with both single and dual CCS2 charging handles. This modularity allows operators to scale from 1 to 8 charge points from a single cabinet.

Advanced Cooling for Extreme Performance

The system supports liquid-cooled charging handles capable of delivering up to 780 A peak, as well as high-performance air-cooled dispensers. Its engineered airflow channels ensure optimal thermal management, enabling safe operation from –35°C to +55°C.

Smart Connectivity & OCPP Compatibility

DS480 integrates seamlessly with backend systems through Ethernet, 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, and supports OCPP 1.6J with optional OCPP 2.0.1, enabling remote diagnostics, OTA updates, monitoring, and billing integrations through Autel’s cloud or third-party platforms.

Robust Safety, Reliability & Protection

Engineered for high-uptime environments, the DS480 includes built-in protection features such as overcurrent, over-temperature, surge, undervoltage, tilt, access protection, and optional internal RCDs. The cabinet meets IP54/IK10 for harsh outdoor conditions and includes an emergency stop.

Intuitive User Experience & Payment Options

With an 8-inch full-HD touchscreen, RFID reader, optional credit-card terminals, and support for AutoCharge, Plug & Charge, QR code payments, app control, the system offers a seamless and accessible user experience for both public and private charging environments.
